NOW, HERE’S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
- 4 years experience;
- Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable ;
- Familiar with tools such as Six Sigma, Lean production;
- The role holder must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan;
- The role holder must act self initiative but understand the role as an integrated team role;
- Experience is needed to collaborate with ops managers across all levels within a country;
- Fluently in English
Responsibilities:
- You’ll improve activities necessary to collect information in order to guarantee the critical analysis of the production data for the optimization of parameters in terms of quality;
- You’ll manage assures data and information to support the Warehouse supervisor for analysis of periodical reports, underlining corrections and identifying possible issues;
- You’ll manage of customer complaints until their closure, with root cause analysis activities and definition of CAPAs;
- You’ll investigate the root cause of NCRs, propose corrective actions, assist and monitoring the implementation of process changes and trends;
- You’ll prepare and distribute reports, graphs and analyzes of both internal NCs and customer complaints;
- Monitoring customer quality indicators;
- Monitoring the quality and timing of problems and their implementation, including technical realization;
- Quality KPI increase and consequently decrease of penalties;
- NCR root cause analys and solutions
