JOB SUMMARY
Moog Aircraft Group are recruiting for a Process Quality Engineer to join the team in Tewkesbury on a 12-month FTC basis. Main activities will include support manufacturing processes on a daily basis which will includes improvement initiatives, contributing to APQP elements such as FMEA, MSA, capability studies, control plans, inspection plans and processing non-conformances.
The ideal candidate would have experience in APQP/PPAP obtained within a manufacturing environment, but necessary training will be provided.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Quality background essential
Knowledge of APQP processes aerospace or automotive is essential
Experience in manufacturing environment
Experience in RCCA methodologies
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing non-conformances processing / progressing / facilitating
Supporting the manufacturing processes improvements
Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
Developing inspection plans
Facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
Process Capability studies
