In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the Gas Turbine Product Line establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives.
• Providing answer to customer’s issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan.
• Driving the Line towards defects / COQ and defect reduction, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformity.
• Leading reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance.
• Keeping connection with Florence and Massa Plant ENG & Quality team to align MFG processes and share quality initiatives/issues.
• Verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects.
• Guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented.
• Driving and assuring special and critical processes qualification & control.
• Driving and maintaining qualification of farm-in and farm-out activities.
• Driving and maintaining surveillance and audits process for farm-in and farm-out activities:
• Quality Assurance for the production line, ensuring that all functions are committed to ISO standards

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in STEM Subject.
• Be able to analyze problems and identify root causes.
• Show good experience in Quality, Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• Display Technical knowledge.
• Be available to travel.
• Be fluent in Italian and English.
• Hold a EU Work Permit.
• Be able to work in a global environment.
• Show knowledge on welding process.
• Display multitask approach.
• Have change agent and Self-starter attitude.
• Show positive and collaborative approach and courage.
• Show critical approach
