QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Actively participating in a Science or Engineering based degree, or possessing equivalent experience; ideally Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and software operation highly valued
  • Proactive approach to work with a willingness to do what needs to be done to deliver against targets
  • Pragmatic/common sense approach to problem solving

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Process Specialist/ Process Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Production team in delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment and process establishment
  • Process documentation generation and approval
  • Supporting the implementation and delivery of effective, safe and compliant production manufacturing operations within the agreed organization framework
  • Ensuring the process for products to be manufactured is set up and maintained in accordance with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures and other regulatory agency requirements
  • Involvement in the validation phases on through into routine commercial manufacturing
  • Actively working with and supporting other members of the team in delivering the project goals
  • Supporting the implementation of staff training and development programs to assure competency and support the achievement of objectives
  • Collaborating closely with other team members to draw in expertise as appropriate, and working effectively as a member of the project team.
  • Enhancing manufacturing, filling, inspection, and packaging processes to optimize performance
  • Enhancing customer experience and offering effective solutions to key customers
