Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Systems Engineering, Project Management).
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
- Experience implementing basic operating systems – preferred experience in INFOR Syteline/Cloud Suite Integration
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Establish a project team, define roles, and ensure effective communication.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with executives, department managers and end-users.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
- Budget Oversight:
- Set and track project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop contingency plans for effective cost management.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Proactively identify project risks and implement risk management strategies.
- Assess, respond to, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Coordination:
- Manage project team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and motivation.
