The role
The role of Process Technician is key, not only operating production processes or machines but also performing maintenance and quality tasks.
The role will be a champion of continuous improvement initiating & leading TPM activities and coaching team members to optimise overall brewery and plant performance.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Process Technician will help deliver shop floor excellence through Handovers, DCS Standards, CILT Standards, 5S, and Housekeeping and drive an uplift in performance in those areas through positive challenge.
This role will drive, promote and be a key driver in UPS on the shop floor, closing the loop via RCFA and correct business processes. And you will ensure we deliver our plan On Time In Full (OTIF), First Time Right (FTR) through constant performance and improvements in relevant KPIs.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a logistical expert on a fixed-term basis.

On top of being passionate about your job and able to work in a fast – paced environment, you’ll ideally have the following:

  • Necessary trade qualifications (NVQ or CITB Apprenticeship and/or an HNC/HND or Associates Degree)
  • A thorough understanding of DCS Standards and CILT Standards
  • Previous experience working in a similar highly – automated and safety critical manufacturing site
  • Previous experience optimising and improving processes and systems involved in logistics operations to lead TPM activities
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously
