For our Zeebrugge LNG terminal (see the map here) we’re looking for a Process Technician Instrumentation (m/f/x).
The Zeebrugge LNG terminal is Northwest Europe’s gateway for supplies of LNG (liquefied natural gas). LNG unloaded at the terminal can be redelivered for consumption on the Belgian market, trading on the Zeebrugge Hub or transportation to other end-user markets in any direction: France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Southern Europe and the UK.
Responsibilities:
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES
- You will safely carry out maintenance work on the control loops of the LNG terminal’s electrical and mechanical units and equipment (including calibration)
- You will make adjustments to existing equipment
- You will carry out all kinds of measurements and tests and will install and connect the necessary devices
- You will analyse faults and malfunctions and make the necessary repairs
- You will modify instrumentation settings where necessary
- You may also be required to be on call, where you will help rectify faults to ensure continued efficient operation

- At least an A2 diploma in electrical science, electronics, industrial automation or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Possibly an experience in instrumentation work, preferably in an industrial process environment, but this is not required as long as you are extremely hard-working and highly motivated
- A critical mind that lifts your sound problem-solving skills to a higher level
- A positive and proactive mindset allowing you to work independently as well as in team
- A fluent command of Dutch and a good grasp of Englis
Additionally, this role requires:
- An on-call and standby schedule
- To live maximum 30 minutes away from our Zeebrugge LNG terminal
- A category B driving licenc
