Description:
PROCESS TECHNICIAN
We are seeking to appoint a Process Technician to carry out daily process monitoring to meet production targets and ensure tool set-up and change-over activities are optimised.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to Technical Supervisors, the Process Technician will:
- execute equipment set-ups and tool change-overs as part of production runs;
- monitor process start-ups and carry out process monitoring during runs to achieve production targets;
- take ownership of process escalations to ensure proactive action is taken to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner using a systematic approach to ‘root cause’ problem-solving;
- support the development and improvement of existing processes through advanced-troubleshooting;
- support continuous improvement and new projects
- where appropriate, support the development of documentation, training and work instruction activities
- maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping to ensure area, machines and equipment are maintained in a safe and clean conditions;
- ensure compliance with Quality and GMP requirements and adherence to all MGS Mfg. Group policies and procedures.
