Description:
- Compile relevant drawings for different layouts (stacking drawings, packaging drawings, border drawings, final assembly drawings, etc.)
- Continuously updating and maintaining BOM consumption.
- Continuous maintenance and updating of technical documents.
- Monitor the assembly line processes to ensure they operate within established parameters.
- Recommend adjustments to the process variables and equipment settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deviations from standards.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and product defects.
- Prepare and submit reports on process performance, quality metrics, and incident investigations.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process workflows.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Bachelors degree in science and engineering related majors such as semiconductor, materials science and engineering, physics, chemistry, etc. is preferred.
- One year or more of experience in the photovoltaic industry preferred.
- Process design and research and development experience preferred.
- Proficient in CAD drawing, workshop production processes, and raw material information.
- Ability to timely complete tasks assigned and provide feedback on results.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Strong understanding of process control systems and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
