Description:

  • Compile relevant drawings for different layouts (stacking drawings, packaging drawings, border drawings, final assembly drawings, etc.)
  • Continuously updating and maintaining BOM consumption.
  • Continuous maintenance and updating of technical documents.
  • Monitor the assembly line processes to ensure they operate within established parameters.
  • Recommend adjustments to the process variables and equipment settings as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deviations from standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
  • Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and product defects.
  • Prepare and submit reports on process performance, quality metrics, and incident investigations.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine process workflows.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Bachelors degree in science and engineering related majors such as semiconductor, materials science and engineering, physics, chemistry, etc. is preferred.
  • One year or more of experience in the photovoltaic industry preferred.
  • Process design and research and development experience preferred.
  • Proficient in CAD drawing, workshop production processes, and raw material information.
  • Ability to timely complete tasks assigned and provide feedback on results.
  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Strong understanding of process control systems and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and process optimization techniques
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs individually or up to 50 lbs in tandem.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during working hours.
