TECHFORCE PERSONNEL ARE A NATIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FIRM SPECIALISING IN BLUE- AND WHITE-COLLAR RECRUITMENT ACROSS MINING AND RESOURCES, SHUTDOWNS, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION AND THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Process Trainer & Assessor to join our client’s project, working an 8/6 roster for a period of 12 month. You will coordinate training and assessing on site as well as ensuring process related production targets are achieved. Training experience within the fixed plant space is highly desirable.
To be successful you’ll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing - minimum TAE40116
- Current manual C Class drivers’ license - essential
- Mobile plant operation exposure - highly desirable
- Strong background in Production Processing & fixed plant
- Experience in a Gold mine environment - highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Learning Management principles
- National Police Clerance
- Pronto or People Tray experience - highly desirabl
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Develop & implement the site training management process - writing assessments, compiling training packages and induction material for new starters.
- Carry out VOC assessments, training presentations, schedule approved training
- Maintain training matrix
- Ongoing implementation review and adjust training documentation for the fixed plant employees
- Assist with incident investigations as requested, utilising your expertise to identify improvements, provide recommendations and actions for remediation
- Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
