Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the management of the GTE ITO Processes & Tools lifecycle and related programs also ensuring that the GTE ITO organization has the right systems and data to work in a leaner, faster and smarter way. In this role you will report directly to the GTE ITO Operational Excellence & Digitalization Leader and you will be responsible for:

  • Being an analytics translator to accelerate our digital evolution journey also fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across the organization.
  • Liaising with internal and other functional teams to gather requirements while ensuring alignment with business needs and harmonization with overall strategy.
  • Guiding the business process management (BPM) tool design and enhancements identifications in alignment with Users needs and focusing also on UI/UX expectations.
  • Being a catalyst to identify opportunities for improving processes and tools performances also leveraging Artificial Intelligence (A.I.).
  • Working with the team and functions, including Digital Technology and A.I., to support data science experiments, data analyses, business cases preparation and initiatives implementation.
  • Developing BPM tool mock-up, proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products (MVP) to accelerate insight generation for go/no-go decisions.
  • Drafting functional documentation.
  • Working with the team and involved functions, including Digital Technology and A.I., to design and implement BPM tool solutions.
  • Develop BPM tool prototype and solutions based on available tech stack (e.g.: Microsoft 365 PowerApps/Power Automate/PowerBI).
  • Supporting orchestration of Users acceptance tests (UAT) and training plans.
  • Handling systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and managing their data.
  • Supporting the administration of ITO specific tools and driving Users adoption.
  • Designing and implementing visualizations to communicate processes performances and program status in in a clear and concise manner.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and artificial intelligence

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer science or a related field.
  • Solid background on Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Analytical, process improvement and program management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g.: PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI)
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning and programming languages.
  • Strong communication skills within a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong promoter of the collaboration and cultural change.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability
