Responsibilities:

In this role, this individual will be obtaining information regarding deceased individual’s accounts, maintain quality customer service and ensure and uphold compliance requirements.

  • Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
  • Assist team members in taking payments over the phone for Remote and WFH representatives
  • Skip tracing efforts to enhance right party contacts
  • Assist manager with follow-ups on house accounts
  • Assist manager with ad hoc reporting
  • Obtain necessary estate information as available and follow up with the attorney or personal representative regarding claim filing
  • Notate files with attorney, personal representative, estate and family information
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and follow-up on payment arrangements
  • Send confirmation and settlement letters as required
  • Respond to all voicemail messages daily
  • Accurately document accounts and notate files with correct transaction codes
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as client specific requirements
  • Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications.
