Inviting Applications for Procure to Pay Purchasing admin expert– Senior Process Associate – Hungarian – Remote EMEA EU

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing Admin Agent will communicate with customers (Internal Clients), Vendors and Genpact teams via phone, chat and email, utilizing various tools and applications
  • Assist customers with template completion, document submission and requests for Contract Management, Vendor Set up, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and Reports
  • Respond timely to customer inquiries, in accordance with agreed SLA’s
  • Resolve any supplier /requester issues in a timely and effective manner
  • SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating
  • Provide support to Assistant Manager for ad-hoc activities
  • Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected
  • Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • ERP (SAP) Knowledge is mandate
  • Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change
  • A strong team player who believes in ‘winning as a team’
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Language level: Hungarian C1, English B2, preferably, excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency and hard working
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ownership mentality, displays a willingness to challenge the status quo leading to the creation and implementation of excellent processes.
  • Should have good attention to details and self-discipline, possessing the ability to connect the dots.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma Concepts
  • Experience in ERP (SAP)
