Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK Procurement is seeking a motivated administrator to join our busy Procurement Team based at ABM HQ at Heathrow.
In joining our team you will become a key support to the rest of the Procurement team and to the wider stakeholder community in providing the administration required to support the needs of the business.
You will be responsible for managing all new supplier onboarding requests received from the business and will need to follow current processes for checking and validating all new requests.
Working in the Procurement system you will need to complete validations and load the required documentation online. Liaise with our stakeholder base to enable purchase orders to be raised by the business.
You will need accuracy in entering data and dealing with multiple requests in a timely manner, often to tight deadlines.
Managing the Procurement e mail box each day, reviewing the requests from the business for support across the wider Procurement team.
Work closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure audit requirements are met, through ensuring all required data is maintained and available upon request.
Drive spend through PSL and work with Procurement manager to manage contract records and all related documentation.
Assist with supplier spend analysis as required
Work with our accreditation partners to ensure supplier data is provided upon request.
and experienced Supplier Performance Manager with expertise in Sustainability & Social Value to join our team.
Attention to detail and the ability to enter and handle data and metrics are essential skills for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the Procurement e mail box is reviewed and maintained each day
  • Manage all requests arising from the Procurement mail box
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure suppliers are compliant with ABM onboarding requirements
  • Monitor and report any exceptions which may impact on the delivery of products or services to the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier is compliant with the needs of the business
  • Support various Procurement projects which arise through demands on the business and ensure the supply chain remains open and accessible at all times
  • Support the various supplier programs in place to ensure we deliver and manage a robust supply chain
