Several years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a procurement field.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Procurement Administrative Officer provides a broad range of procurement administrative services and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support NSWTG’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of business requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity that will see you:
- Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Manage records and databases, ensuring information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible.
- Coordinate tender administration services, including publishing tenders and addendums.
- Maintain the NSWTG Contract Register, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Develop and monitor office systems and procedures to facilitate efficient operations.
- Prepare documentation and reports on NSWTG spend and Divisional performance, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate responses to other Government agencies, including NSW Treasury and NSW Procurement.
