JOB SUMMARY:
To provide comprehensive procurement management services to federal organization to ensure that goods and services purchased by organization related to federal funds are obtained in a cost-effective manner and in compliance with applicable federal laws, including, but not limited to, the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards published by the Office of Management and Budget, which sets forth procurement standards that apply to direct federal funding and the Best Practice Guide for Procuring Services, Supplies and Equipment.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics or a related field
- 3-5 years of procurement analyst management experience
- Certification a plus.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, economics or a related field
- 3-5 years of procurement analyst management experience
- Expert experience in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on that analysis.
- Strong written communication skills to interact with internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement Q&A Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement software and tools for tracking.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in contracts, orders, and financial records.
- Certification a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of a Procurement and Contract Management Tracker
- Develop and maintain a real-time procurement and contract management tracker within organization’s file structures to provide staff easy access to up-to-date information on each procurements and contract’s status.
- Facilitate Request for Proposal Posting and Q&A Management.
- Compilation and Provision of Scoring.
- Compile and provide scoring sheets tailored to each procurement, structured to facilitate consistent, criteria-based evaluation.
