SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Procurement Analyst is responsible for providing all needed analytics to support Procurement Category Managements and to provide insights based on spend analytics to support Procurement decision making.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of data analytics experience with at least 2 years being in procurement data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, or any other business-related field.
• 2+ years experience SAP reporting and Power BI
• Fluent in English Language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience participating in negotiating agreements and contracts with strong comprehension of legal and commercial terms and conditions.
• Intermediate level knowledge and abilities in end-to-end strategic procurement functions.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong MS PowerPoint skills should be able to present analysis using PowerPoint for leadership review.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge in SAP reporting and Power BI analytics
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Challenges the status quo and confident leading and driving enterprise change initiatives.

• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, internal spend data, and industry benchmarks to identify procurement opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide procurement support.
• Prepare and present procurement and supply chain reports to senior management.
• Participate in contract negotiations to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
• Support Category Managers by implementing advanced data analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Work with business partners to ensure purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and accurately.
• Owns quote analytics and bid comparisons during RFPS to support Category Managers in awarding business to prospective vendors.
• Support the development of category strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
