Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Procurement, You’ll play an innovative and supporting role in the procurement activities for our large-scale retirement village developments throughout New Zealand.
You’ll be supporting the optimisation of the standards, efficiency and effectiveness of Summerset’s procurement activities by researching, gathering and analysing procurement data from a variety of internal and external sources to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. You will also support the procurement, delivery scheduling and cost analysis of our Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) requirements.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Medium to advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in developing and maintaining strong, effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Strong customer services and advisory skills
