Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a combination of education and experience considered.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in customer or shared services, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Experience in procurement with an understanding of supplier onboarding and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) systems and processes; familiarity with Coupa is a plus or a willingness to quickly learn.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building productive relationships and communicating effectively in both oral and written English.
  • Self-starter with the ability to stay focused, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to research and analyse data to identify solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • A collaborative team player with a track record of success in a small, dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

DESCRIPTION – EXTERNAL – ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a CBRE Procurement Analyst in the Supplier Shield Support Team, you will deliver high-quality customer service to CBRE personnel and suppliers, facilitating efficient and compliant supplier onboarding and risk assessments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and high-quality advice to:
  • CBRE personnel for efficient supplier onboarding and risk assessment.
  • Suppliers to expedite their onboarding process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in CBRE’s supplier onboarding and risk management tools and processes, including Coupa, Power BI, and ServiceNow.
  • Develop and contribute to training materials for CBRE users and suppliers; conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for tools, processes, and services.
  • Conduct supplier review and compliance activities.
  • Monitor data process flow and generate reports on throughput and issues.
  • Perform data processing activities as required.
  • Meet assigned KPIs for data throughput and response timeliness.
