The Procurement Analyst I is responsible for providing administrative support primarily related to vendor management. This includes routine accounting and clerical tasks, and the preparation, distribution, and storage of electronic and paper business documents and reports.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years in a Procurement, Vendor Management, or Administrative support role required.
- Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
Formal Education & Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
Work Status
- Full-Time.
Supervisory Responsibility
- None.

- 0% - Negligible amount of travel expected.

Responsibilities:
- Collects, compiles, and tracks vendor related data such as invoices, rebates, and performance metrics; maintains vendor product and price lists.
- Prepares and processes purchase orders, assessments, and invoices.
- Maintains, audits, and updates vendor related files, documents, and internal portal sites.
- Serves as a liaison between vendors and Bank business units; coordinating ongoing system and product training; and communicating needs and resolving issues as needed.
- Monitors vendor and supplier performance as well as cost savings from negotiated contracts.
