The Procurement and Contract Support Officer is a role within Financial Reform and is accountable to the General Manager Business and Corporate Services for:

  • providing advice to relevant stakeholders on procurement and contract management matters and undertake research, data collection, preparation of reports and correspondence in accordance with Financial Reform requirements
  • coordinating policies and procedures to help achieve the business objectives of the Department and ensure consistency and currency of all directorate procedures
  • managing payments and reconciliations against Disability Services’ contracts and preparing contract management documentation
  • undertaking administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations, internal human resources and recruitment support for Financial Reform
