Responsibilities:

THE ROLE: WHAT TO EXPECT

The Procurement and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing all procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring that processes are strategically aligned, cost-efficient, and meet high standards of quality and operational effectiveness. This role requires a blend of analytical and strategic thinking to strengthen supplier relationships, secure timely and quality material deliveries, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in the technology or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and supplier management best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive, strategic approach.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in German and English
