IRC (International Rescue Committee) Germany is looking for a
Responsibilities:
- Support in development of procurement specifications
- Process approved Purchase requests, create Purchase requests, ensuring data accuracy
- Request for quotations from suppliers and support with requests from suppliers
- Support with procurement for HQ units and RAI Germany programs and if needed outside of Germany
- Create vendors and work with the MDM team, vendor status maintenance, product creation in the system
- Manage the P2P process in INTEGRA and work closely with finance and other teams
- Monitor the procurement e-mail inbox
- Participation in PUTs (Projektumsetzungstreffen)
- Supports with managing supplier relationships and performance
- Maintain suppliers file and documentation
- Document supplier performance
- Identify and analyze compliance risk in procurement processes
- Provide consistent and constructive support to other departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Identify and report procurement red flags
- Ensure compliance with donor regulations and update the Grants / Project specific procurement procedures tracker.
