Procurement Assistant (Tagalog Speaking)

Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders.
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify receipt of goods and update inventory records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, purchase orders, and delivery details.
Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and spending.
Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Procurement Lead and Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
