We are searching for a:
Currently, we are looking for Manager who will join EMEA Procurement team, and will be responsible for Marketing Category.

More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies for the assigned EMEA categories and support other procurement categories from time to time.
  • Leading and executing sourcing projects including Strategy Development, RFI / RFP Process, Supplier Negotiation, Award Recommendations, Business Case Presentations, Risk Management and Contract Execution.
  • Provide a deep understanding of the market forces, external factors, products, suppliers and the supply chain to develop a sourcing project wave plan which will deliver savings and other value.
  • Reviewing current and future contractual performance internally up to senior level and externally with suppliers through data reporting and analysis to ensure competitive advantage is maximised and a robust strategy is executed.
  • Participate actively in the transformation and improvement processes.
  • Identify and resolve Strategic Supplier Performance issues to ensure operational excellence and end customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with legislative requirements and ensure compliance within sourcing strategy.

What we are looking for in you:

  • 5 years’ experience in Indirect Procurement
  • 3 years + experience in Marketing or Corporate Professional Services Sourcing, Contracting & Project Management
  • Experience in other Indirect categories is a plus
  • Sourcing experience with a FTSE 250 or Fortune 500 company or a leading consultancy
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – Power BI a plus
  • Fluent English
  • A working knowledge of Source 2 Pay cloud solutions is a plus e.g. Coupa or Oracle Fusion
  • Expert negotiator, solid knowledge of contract language and legislative requirements
  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
