We are looking for an experienced and logical Procurement Consultant to join the Group Expense Management Team in our Finance Division. The team is responsible for supplier onboarding and contract management and oversea the whole procurement lifecycle within SJP.
The Procurement Consultant will be accountable for effective procurement activity, which aligns with SJP’s long-term business strategy and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
- On-boarding of suppliers from a commercial point of view, aligned to SJP’s relevant policies, processes and gets the best commercial and financial outcome for SJP.
- Ongoing contract management through effective performance measurement, spend monitoring and ensuring any contractual obligations of third parties are fulfilled.
- Ensuring procurement best practice is followed and maintained within regulatory, legislative or business frameworks
- Ensuring the relationships between the Procurement Consultants and business SME’s are productive and steer relevant SJP policies with a commercial lens.
- Manage and lead supplier relationships for key vendors.
- Preparation of any reporting to outline supplier spend and enable the business to manage its costs effectively in relation to 3rd parties.
