Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Content & Contract Administrator for our Procurement Operations team based in Lisbon. You will be the primary contact for procurement content management and contract administration across global units and all relevant systems.
Together with the team, you will set up operational contracts and conduct periodic price list updates to ensure an accurate and up-to-date system setup. You will facilitate approvals for price list enablement and support terms and conditions updates. Additionally, you will maintain and update procurement content, especially in Ariba catalogues and portal content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure all contracts are accurately uploaded into our repository, maintaining a seamless and organized system.
  • Take charge of setting up operational contracts in our system, conducting regular price list update.
  • Proactively identify expiring contracts and manage termination requests, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity.
  • Maintain and update procurement content across all relevant systems, with a focus on Ariba catalogues and portal content, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Contribute to procurement excellence by providing insights to improve system efficiency and escalating any supplier, system, or process issues to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
