Description:

We are looking for a Procurement contract coordinator to join Technical Planning & Control department. The Procurement contract coordinator will manage and maintain external maintenance/service contracts for the Technical Operation and Support (TOS) organisation.
The Procurement contract coordinator will work closely together with Plant engineering; Technical Planning & Operations, Procurement and Project Engineering to develop, optimize and maintain maintenance/service contracts.
About the Role

You will be a part of the Technical Planning & Control Team and you will be responsible for:

  • Manage/Coordinate external service contracts and ensure contracts are timely tendered, updated, and valid. Develop and maintain vendor KPI’s, Support tendering preparation, and drive optimize of service agreements and align service scope together with system owners “responsible engineers” Maintenance and procurement.
  • Participate in supplier negotiations together with Procurement where needed.
  • Administrative task related to contracts approval and filing.
  • Evaluate external service providers of maintenance activities at FDBD. Oversee and analyze external service providers performance, budget and time spend.

The Procurement coordinator play a key role in the daily activities.

About the Department/Team

Technical Planning & Control is a department within the Maintenance organization. You will join a team of 13 highly skilled colleagues working within a broad area of maintenance, such as:

  • Spare Parts Management.
  • Maintenance Planning Scheduling.
  • Maintain equipment data in CMMS.
  • Equipment Onboarding and Tag number management.
  • TOS Compliance management.
  • Procurement contract management

Technical Planning & Control supports daily operation and expansion projects for new production facilities and improvement projects in our ongoing production.
The work environment is informal.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following background and skill sets:

Professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s (BA) or Technical Engineering or equivalent.
  • +5 years of experience with procurement, negotiation, and contracts management for technical procurement from highly regulated industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
