Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing customer-specific charts and reports to facilitate the analysis and management of procurement elements. This role involves completing procurement tasks for low-value procurements, supporting Procurement Agents in transactions, maintaining data integrity in databases, organizing meetings, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating communication with internal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic charts and reports for procurement agents and management
- Complete procurement responsibilities for low-value procurements
- Support Procurement Agents in transaction completion
- Enter, extract, and update data in databases for procurement purposes
- Collect, organize, edit, and provide data from various systems to evaluate procurement processes
- Schedule and organize meetings, record minutes and agendas, process forms and documentation
- Communicate with procurement agents and internal customers to resolve issues related to the procurement cycle
- Gather documentation from various sources for distribution to suppliers to define contractual requirements

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $18.78/hour - $20/hour
