Our Global Shared Services (GSS) team is building a leading organization rooted in a culture of continuous improvement, clean process design, and adoption of the latest technology and automation innovations. We are very excited to welcome a English Speaking Procurement Coordinator to our team, supporting globally.
The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
Job description:
- Developing a good understanding of our business processes
- Managing Vendor and Material Onboarding process (gathering documentation from Suppliers, checking internal approvals, etc.)
- Providing support and information for eSourcing and purchasing requisitions
- Identifying opportunities for globalization and automation of administrative activities related to sourcing processes, master data and costing
- Training and re-training professionals responsible for managing and operating processes
- Supporting procurement managers, quality department, regulatory, etc. in projects and ad hoc requests
- Handling Ad Hoc projects as assigned to support Global Procurement strategy
- Working in SAP or other ERP systems
- Other duties as ordered by the direct manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English is a must
- Hungarian language knowledge is a huge advantage
- Process-oriented approach to understand and manage complex, workflow driven administrative processes
- 0,5 - 1 year of experience in a multinational environment
- Procurement experience is a huge advantage
- Independence, persistence and proactivity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- University degree in Economics
- MS Office skills are a must
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage business relationships across borders
- Natural drive to take ownership of your work and seek improvements our operations
- Any ERP knowledge is nice to have
