JOB DESCRIPTION:

TRE Designs Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement and installation operations. This role requires close collaboration with warehouse teams, site personnel, logistics, and procurement specialists to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, and has a strong problem-solving mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, logistics, and warehouse operations is an asset.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Chinese is an asset
  • English is a must

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate installation and delivery schedules, ensuring timely procurement and on-site execution.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and site teams to manage material flow and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Assist in drawing reviews and clarifications when required, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Adjust weekly schedules in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics manager to optimize workflow.
  • Partner with the procurement specialist to resolve any material-related issues on-site.
  • Provide input and assistance in new product design and development, ensuring materials meet project requirements.
  • Maintain a flexible and dynamic approach to work, handling diverse tasks beyond a fixed job scope.
