HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative Catalog Management Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will work closely with category teams to set up and maintain supplier catalogs for specific categories. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient catalog management, enabling detailed procurement processes and improving supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with procurement team members, understand requirements and priorities for supplier catalogs.
  • Set up, maintain and implement catalogs for particular areas, such as electrical and mechanical parts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Validate and verify catalog data, including product descriptions, pricing, part numbers, supplier details, etc.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to acquire important catalog information and resolve any discrepancies or issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and standard guidelines in catalog management.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of supplier catalogs to reflect changes in product offerings, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Provide training and support to key collaborators on using these catalogs.
  • Review catalog performance and usage, generating reports and insights to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the procurement team to improve catalog related processes and overall efficiencies.
