Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead global procurement projects or large sized projects with high level complexity or risk (Projects involving/ Impacting several procurement streams).
  • Own the design, lead the evaluation of activities in terms of value add to the customer and the company. Development implementation, change management, compliance and success measures.
  • Drive and ensure project timelines, deliverables, budget, quality, critical activities and other important KPls (Key Performance Indicators) are within expectations and forecast. Integrate risk management, statistical methods, and advanced financial tools to improve project and organizational performance. Establish relations with key stakeholders and lead executive presentations with senior leadership and business unit teams
  • Lead Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Purchasing, Business Unit Partners and Manufacturing departments to drive and ensure that the project deadlines are met.
  • Perform risk management to identify and minimize issues in project execution, lead discussions and tracking of action plans with proper individuals.
  • Lead productivity workshops to increase the pipeline of new ideas and business cases for future projects opening
  • Development of solid business cases to mature productivity ideas and convert them into projects

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE?

  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • 10+ years proven experience working in Project Management
  • Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, able to achieve results via influence and great communications skills
  • Seek solutions beyond own frame of reference
  • Experience handling ambiguity and multiple conflicts to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Promote solid networks and leverage widely on them to strengthen one’s
  • Influence and lobby a segment community of key decision makers.
