Responsibilities:
- Maintain & manage the technical/quality aspects of the sites spares and equipment catalogue
- Develop procurement specifications, in conjunction with technical specialists & buyers
- Maintain compliance with all required standards and arrangements applicable to the specification of plant spares & services and assist in the resolution of Quality and Technical problems
- Monitor and advise on shelf life extensions and plant refurbishment activities
- Assist in addressing obsolescence issues including reverse engineering and carryout QC and Store Hold Inspections
- Provide advice and input for procurement engineering training and support and underpin the Materials Planning process
- Working Knowledge of AP928 and Work Management Process
- Represent SZB Supply Chain at Station and Corporate meeting
