Description:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related).
- 2-5 years of procurement experience in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, bid evaluation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic not required).
