We seek a Procurement Insurance Analyst Sr in Colombia, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing coverages required for the business.
• Interacting with internal clients (HR, Legal, Project teams, etc.) to align coverages with internal needs.
• Providing analytical support to determine the best coverage limits.
• Interacting and challenging the brokers and insurers of the company to obtain the best coverage.
• Negotiating, through the company’s brokers or directly with insurers depending on the case, the best costs for such coverages.
• Obtaining certificates of coverage as required by Globant’s clients from the brokers.
• Evaluating coverage required for new business opportunities or products.
• Performing insurer and/or broker tenders when required.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Finance, Administration, or Economics is not vital but can be considered for the position.
• At least five years’ experience in insurance negotiation and/or management.
• Experience in negotiating D&O and E&O and/or medical & life policies.
