The Supplier Enablement & Data Migration Associate is responsible for supporting suppliers in setting up AcuBuy account and migrating the existing suppliers’ data (e.g vendor financial assessment) into AcuBuy. The candidate will support Supplier Enablement Specialist in the on-boarding of suppliers to the AcuBuy system and guide suppliers on setting new AcuBuy account, update Company profile, receiving Singtel/NCS Orders and submitting invoices. The candidate will be responsible for helping to socialize e-invoicing to the organization wide users and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the PO transmission and e-invoicing process. The candidate must be able to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
• Proficient with MS office suite
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with global end users and supplier
• Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
• Very detail oriented with strong organizational and time management
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Positive can do attitude combined with customer orientation and focus
