Located in beautiful Murwillumbah, we pride ourselves on our strong community ties and commitment to sustainability. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join us as our first Procurement, Inventory and Stores Coordinator!
This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Murwillumbah NSW.

Reporting to our Engineering Manager and working in a team environment, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement in procurement and inventory control within our brewery. You will support the Asset Engineer team in organising parts for planned work, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient stock management. Some of your key responsibilities are:

• Inventory Management: Manage inventory, items, and records to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Purchasing: Handle site purchase ordering and liaise with the engineering team to support maintenance activities.
• Supplier Relations: Maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders ensures smooth operations.
• Stock Optimisation: Optimise current stock holdings through effective management practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support site requirements.
