KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support and collaborate with the Global Category Manager to define and implement IT sourcing strategies that align with business objectives
• Work with cross functional teams, key internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information such as technical specifications, research IT Vendors
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative IT solutions that can provide competitive advantage
• Develop and executes eSoucing & eAuction
• Analyzes RFx & recommends award scenarios based on quality, cost, reliability, and technology trends
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions and cost savings.
• Manage the IT procurement process ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Vendor Management to maintain the relationship with partners
• Facilitate cross-functional/cross BGs teams to drive continuous improvement in the sourcing process
• Provide reporting on an ad hoc basis

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field ideally with a focus on negotiation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT procurement or sourcing
• Strong understanding of the IT market and emerging technologies
• Fair understanding of Procurement business processes & KPIs in the packaging / FMCG industry or similar industry
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in contract management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, global team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in eSourcing platforms (Sourcing, Spend, Savings, CLM)
