Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility for strategic procurement of IAM (Independent-After-Market) parts in the Quality-Parts business field for Porsche Holding, with a focus on expanding the business to non-Porsche Holding countries (UK/ES).
Ensuring optimal procurement conditions (price, quality, service, development, and sustainability).
Leveraging synergies through cross-departmental and cross-regional procurement.
Establishing processes and legal security in international procurement while considering PHS’s guidelines and interests.
Analyzing and assessing market and demand data to develop and implement procurement strategies that create sustainable competitive advantages.
Implementing category strategies based on current spending, market information, and demand data.
Responsibility for global supplier management, including KPI tracking according to SLAs and annual price negotiations.
Sustainably increasing efficiency and effectiveness of IAM within the markets.
Building expertise in the relevant categories and ensuring knowledge transfer within the Category Teams, both centrally and locally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Completed commercial education (e.g., economic studies) and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in strategic or international procurement, category management, or IAM.
Advanced skills in PC applications, especially in data management and processing.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MS Power BI).
Strong expertise in strategic procurement (potential identification, process optimization, market, cost, and price data analysis, strategic negotiations, contract management).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
