Indirects Procurement Manger required for my client who manage a group of diverse high end and leading brands within the in the catering and hospitality sectors.
In this role as Indirects Procurement Manager you will be responsible for procurement activities and strategic sourcing across multiple categories, supporting overall risk management strategy and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE INDIRECTS PROCUREMENT MANAGER

• Proven track record in Indirect Procurement.
• Ability to carry out category management and expertise in strategic sourcing across multiple Indirect procurement categories.
• Understanding of procurement compliance requirements.
• Advanced understanding of services contract negotiation principles.
• Data Protection Regulation understanding.
• Competent in using Procurement software.

• Managing procurement strategies for a diverse range of product and service categories within the Indirects Procurement team.
• Develop and implement category strategies that optimise spend, increase purchasing income and deliver strategic value.
• Manage complex tender processes, leveraging cross-category insights and negotiation strategies.
• Create and maintain a robust supplier performance evaluation framework.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers across various categories.
• Supporting cross functional projects that drive efficiencies and innovation.
• Ensure procurement activities adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance procurement effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Influencing key business decision makers and bringing them on board with procurement category strategies while also taking into account business needs and requirements.
