Responsibilities:

The main purpose of the Procurement Coordinator role is to provide operational support to the Group Procurement function. Specifically, the role requires you to develop and maintain BI reporting and perform financial analysis to support Procurement initiatives.
The role will require support for strategic sourcing initiatives of the Group Procurement function and at times facilitate the source-to-contract process. The team is responsible for prequalifying CPB suppliers and continuing to develop business cases and other internal communication material.

This role will focus on:

  • Assist with data analysis to support strategic initiatives, which may include BI reporting
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives through participation in the source-to-contract process
  • Engagement with suppliers who are targeted for supplier prequalification
  • Assist with the preparation of certain Procurement-related presentation material
  • Ensure relevant documents are collated on various Procurement-related systems and monitor compliance by projects
  • Ensure communication to internal stakeholders is concise, current and accessible
