We are looking for a Procurement Officer with 3+ years of experience in the fit-out or construction industry to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in sourcing quality materials and managing procurement processes for interior fit-out projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the procurement of materials and services for fit-out projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of procurement experience in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and products used in fit-outs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
