JOB BRIEF

• We are looking for less than 2 years of experience as Procurement Executive to drive the company’s supply of products to our customers by helping the organization to offer an effective price of spares than competition.
• Procurement Executive responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers & to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can offer its services and spares at Lowest prices with world class service experience to the customers.
• Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies, discovering profitable suppliers as per company requirements and initiating procurement partnerships.
• Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms to ensure the cost effectiveness of our company. Build and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers.
• Timely delivery of goods from suppliers as per approved terms internally.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• With 1-2 years’ experience in purchasing/ procurement experience preferably within marine/ shipping industry.
• Those without relevant industry experience , will be considered too.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
• Talent in negotiations and networking
• Good knowledge of suppliers
• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• Strong buying capabilities with ethical values.
