Our Business Performance and Operations Services team provides essential corporate services to ensure that the business can deliver the best ICT technologies to our stakeholders and patients. We are now looking for a motivated procurement specialist to support our team in achieving the strategic procurement objectives of Digital Health SA.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Extensive experience in procurement program development, implementation and evaluation
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- Significant experience in delivering complex procurement and tendering processes
- Knowledge of contemporary procurement management and practices
Responsibilities:
As Procurement Officer, you will coordinate and undertake the development, delivery and evaluation of complex procurement projects and services to deliver high-quality procurement outcomes for Digital Health SA.
You will partner with Digital Health SA leaders, staff and key stakeholders to coordinate procurement and contract management activities that comply with SA Public sector and Departmental policies. This role also involves evaluating risk management in the procurement process and monitoring procurement reporting data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with DHSA managers to undertake complex procurement programs and services
- Providing procurement expertise and probity advice to DHSA managers and staff
- Supporting key stakeholders with the management and review of contracts and contract performance
- Ensuring compliance with Government procurement policies and relevant Treasurer’s Instructions
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve Government objectives and expectations
