EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (Ariba/SAP) or other Requisitioning tools essential
  • Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Procurement and analytics background
  • Experience managing a team or having direct reports

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the correct execution of the processes of “Quality Check” and “Spot and Tactical Buyers,” and providing support to the POC team to ensure they have the necessary technological and information tools.
  • Daily monitoring of the volume (backlog PRs/workload) of requirements received and their dispersion according to categories.
  • Supporting the resolution of issues related to QC, Spot/Tactical Buyers, POC Coordinators, GP strategic team, users, or Help Desk activities.
  • Ensuring that negotiations are executed based on the 7 Steps methodology through the myBUY platform (Ariba) and aligned with PepsiCo global policies and procedures, such as a monthly audit system for all PRs approved by the POC team.
  • Tracking the fulfillment of additional projects and initiatives to increase myBUY efficiency and adoption among users.
  • Ensuring operational continuity through the creation of a bench for buyers and Quality Check, and reinforcing general knowledge of the platform within the POC.
  • Sharing valuable information with users through the myBUY Breaking News.
  • Supporting myBUY adoption, including strategies to decrease the number of denied PRs or tickets raised by users, and developing a certification process for all myBUY users.
  • Supporting myBUY’s automation target.
  • Analyzing myBUY payments and expenses structure to identify savings opportunities.
  • Mapping improvements needed for the platform, as well as the investment required to apply them.
  • Developing strategies to increase myBUY knowledge and reduce the number of denied PRs and tickets raised by users
