REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS

  • Graduate qualifications, or suitable experience, in a contract management, compliance management or legal field.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, risk, compliance and governance for safe service provision.
  • Knowledge and development of organisational policies, services and activities and how they relate to both selling and buying services.
  • Ability to exercise a high level of interpersonal skills in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
  • Effective prioritisation and managing competing demands
  • Meticulous organisation skills, attention to detail and record keeping
  • Process management and continuous improvement focus

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with relevant Operations’ Leaders to ensure brokerage OUT supplier requirements are understood, tracked, and can be met by Operations.
  • Triage the ‘purchasers’ in-box to ensure timely correspondence and responses to brokerage OUT suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the compliance requirements of brokered OUT suppliers.
  • Oversee requirements associated with supplier portals that have been agreed to be used, and ensure other stakeholders know their roles in such portals.
  • Manage elements of the compliance requirements of brokered IN suppliers.
  • Facilitates supplier audits and reaction plans for brokerage IN suppliers.
  • Support the complaints management responses when escalated to Procurement
