Procurement Process Specialist / Data Analyst

• Co-Leading the project of globally harmonizing the process and software of a savings tracking system (~ 400 global users);
• Being responsible for system administration of existing Procurement tools: savings tracking database to measure savings in Procurement (in MS Access) + Database for calculating standard manufacturing costs of purchased items (in MS Access);
• Analysing data and processing large amounts of data (macros, pivot tables, VBA, Power Query);
• Creating and developing reports and data visualizations (MS Excel, MS Access, SAP Business Warehouse, Power Query, Tableau).
