Based in Aarhus, Denmark, this role involves collaboration with a diverse team spread across Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, and Bahrain. You will report to and work closely with our Senior Director of Procurement, Bob den Hartog, on a variety of structural projects and, occasionally, dive into category management or contract negotiations with our external partners.

As a Project Manager you will engage in projects, applying your procurement skills and insights on strategic, tactical and operational levels, along with supporting the business on ad hoc tasks and analytic initiatives. The main responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives within dual & flexible sourcing, best-cost-country sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business continuity.
• Lead the execution of a project on how procurement can continue to support Arla Foods as we grow more internationally.
• Apply problem-solving and procurement expertise on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
• Support the business & our team with ad hoc tasks, structural improvement projects and various initiatives.
• Potentially manage select ingredient categories, with the scope of this responsibility evolving with business needs including traditional category management and commercial & contractual negotiations
