Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Experience: Some exposure to procurement, supply chain, or a related field through internships, part-time work, or academic projects is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the procurement team with operational tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining procurement requisitions and records.
  • Help coordinate communication between internal IT stakeholders and suppliers, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Support the team in managing basic vendor communications and follow-up on documentation and requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and distributing RFP documents and collecting responses from suppliers.
  • Provide support in organizing and tracking contract documents and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
